Abstract

El presente documento describe el estado del arte de los índices de vegetación más utilizados en el monitoreo de cultivos, permite establecer las bases para el desarrollo de nuevas investigaciones conducentes a la aplicación de la Agricultura de Precisión (AP). El método utilizado fue la investigación documental cuyo objeto de estudio lo constituyeron 25 investigaciones integradas por artículos científicos, tesis de grado, libro y publicaciones técnicas en revistas especializadas en el período comprendido entre los años 1994 al 2018, siendo la unidad de análisis cada uno de estos estudios. Se utilizó como instrumento de recolección de información una matriz para la selección de investigaciones.
