Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la evaluación ergonómica de puestos, utilizando el método LEST como herramienta para determinar si las condiciones de trabajo son: satisfactorias, molestas o nocivas. Se evaluaron las 5 dimensiones que comprende la guía de observación en el taller mecánico de una empresa azucarera. En la metodología se tomaron como referencia la NOM-011-STPS-2001, NOM-015-STPS2001, NOM 024-STPS-2001 y NOM-025-STPS-2008 para las valoraciones de las variables que comprenden las dimensiones de carga física y entorno físico.
