Abstract

El reto que enfrenta la sociedad actual es impulsar la educación superior, para lograr las transformaciones en el desarrollo del país; debido a lo anterior es que se le brinda especial atención a la capacitación docente en este nivel, por tanto, es que se realizó un análisis de los resultados obtenidos en la implementación del programa de formación continua para los profesores, la cual brinda un mejoramiento en el desarrollo de competencias docentes necesarias para eficientizar su función. La metodología utilizada se basó en el análisis documental de la investigación de campo realizada en el Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Valles (ITCV) durante los años 2017 y 2018; mismos que incluyen la implementación de una malla curricular propuesta para facilitar la implementación de la formación continua para los docentes, así como el “Plan curricular de formación docente†.
