La reforma educativa de carlos salinas a enrique peña nieto: una etapa de cambios graduales

Abstract

El presente documento rescata de forma sintética los cambios que ha sufrido la educación básica en México a partir del sexenio de Carlos Salinas de Gortari (1988-1994) hasta el periodo gubernamental de Enrique Peña Nieto (2012-2018). En el documento se comentan la serie de reformas a la educación básica en los últimos treinta años en México y se destacan de forma breve los aportes sexenales ocurridos a partir del periodo de apertura comercial y el proceso de alternancia democrática ocurrida en la presidencia de la República a partir del año 2000. Finalmente, el documento aporta la visión gubernamental de la educación básica a partir del sexenio de Vicente Fox Quesada, su continuidad en el periodo de Felipe Calderón Hinojosa y los últimos cambios a la educación básica legislados en el sexenio de Enrique Peña Nieto.
