Nuggets a base de conejo y pescado adicionado con semilla de ébano

Abstract

En la actualidad el ritmo de vida social se ve cada vez más acelerado, ya sea por cuestiones de escuela, trabajo u otras ocupaciones, disminuyendo de esta forma el tiempo dedicado a la preparación de alimentos e incrementando la demanda por productos preparados o semi listos fáciles y rápidos de consumir, entre los cuales se encuentran los nuggets. La demanda del consumir exige cambiar y/o ampliar la gama de alimentos existentes de este tipo. Por esto, surge la idea de elaborar dos tipos de nuggets, el primero elaborado con carne de conejo (Oryctolagus cuniculus) y el segundo de pez carpa (Cyprinus carpio), ambos adicionados con semilla de ébano (Ebenopsis ebano), abundante en la región de la Huasteca Potosina. Siendo un producto nuevo y original ya que además de las dos carnes empleadas se hace uso de una semilla con gran potencial comestible en México, dando un producto final nutritivo y de mucha aceptación al consumidor.
