Evaluación energética del sistema de climatización en un hospital público de Ciudad Valles, S.L.P

Abstract

La climatización es uno de los factores que garantiza la calidad del servicio de salud en los hospitales. En atención a lo establecido en la política energética en México, la Secretaría de Energía (SENER) en el año 2015 identificó acciones que permiten mejorar la eficiencia energética por climatización en las instituciones de salud. Por lo anterior, se realiza una Evaluación energética del sistema de climatización en la Clínica Hospital “B” del ISSSTE en Ciudad Valles, S.L.P., a través de los parámetros de velocidad del aire, temperatura en bulbo seco, humedad relativa (HR) y potencia eléctrica, para calcular el REE (Relación de eficiencia Energética) con base a las normas NOM-011-ENER-2006 para acondicionadores de aire tipo central, paquete o dividido y NOM-023-ENER-2018, para acondicionadores de aire tipo dividido, descarga libre y sin conductos de aire. Se determina que los consumos promedio de energía eléctrica por área son: El servicio médico primario 56563.02 kWh, El servicio de apoyo médico 15490.13 kWh, Servicios médicos generales 5399.05 kWh, Administración 24603.22 kWh y Comunicación 718.13 kWh, consumiendo en total 102,773.55 kWh en el mes. Con las mediciones realizadas a los equipos en cada área y la norma correspondiente, se obtiene que solo el equipo acondicionador de aire de traumatología del servicio médico primario cumple con la norma, esto equivale al 2.6% del total de áreas climatizadas en el hospital, por tal razón se propone un plan de mantenimiento preventivo y un cambio de tecnología.
