Línea de base energética: Estudio en hospital público

Abstract

El presente trabajo aborda la metodología para el establecimiento de las Líneas de Base Energéticas en el Estudio energético en un Hospital Público Nivel II en Ciudad Valles, S.L.P, como una propuesta para la eficiencia energética del mismo. Para este proceso se tomaron como referencia la Norma ISO 50001:2018 y Norma ISO 50006:2014, se identificaron y caracterizaron los consumos energéticos de los años 2017 y 2018. Se estableció que la energía eléctrica es de uso significativo, clasificándose en sistemas de climatización, iluminación y equipo médico. En la determinación de la Línea de Base energética se establecieron indicadores en kWh/día y kWh/paciente. Se evaluó la relación del consumo eléctrico con la temperatura ambiente promedio de los mismos años, para ello se realizaron diagramas de dispersión y ecuación de regresión simple, auxiliados de la Línea Meta, que proporcionó el modelo de consumo proyectado que se puede alcanzar. En este estudió se estimó que se podría lograr un ahorro del 29.47% en el consumo eléctrico.
