Impacto del Programa de Tutorías en Desempeño Académico de Estudiantes de Gestión Empresarial Grupo A

Abstract

Este estudio valora el impacto de la tutoría grupal en el desempeño académico, de los estudiantes de primer semestre de la carrera de Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial, grupo A de la clase 2017. Se analizarán siete aspectos básicos o factores que inciden en el rendimiento de los estudiantes de primer semestre que cursan la tutoría. Se valorará si cursaron la tutoría en bachillerato y los resultados significantes relacionados con su rendimiento académico. Reducir la deserción, evitar la reprobación será el resultado de la actitud responsable y comprometida en el binomio tutor-estudiante en la atención individual y grupal manteniendo la motivación en la participación escolar integral.
