Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación se aborda el tema de la importancia de la comunicación interna como mecanismo insustituible para la implantación de una cultura organizacional en el Instituto Tecnológico Superior de San Luis Potosí, Capital, que se refleje en la calidad educativa de los servicios que brinda. Los problemas de comunicación detectados en la institución llevaron a la realización del presente trabajo de investigación. El instrumento de recolección fue mediante entrevistas no estructuradas durante la primera etapa y la aplicación de una encuesta en la segunda etapa. Los resultados, tanto cualitativos como cuantitativos determinan la necesidad de contar con mayor eficiencia comunicativa para sentar las bases de una cultura institucional como factor de diferenciación que permita al Instituto destacar entre las opciones de educación superior en el entorno.
