Extracción de Biopolímero a partir de Gramíneas (Zacate Carretero, Johnson y Esquilmos de caña de azúcar), adicionado con Lactosuero

Abstract

En la actualidad, en el área de polímeros está limitada a productos que en cierta medida generan aspectos negativos en el ambiente, por lo que es necesario plantear alternativas de desarrollo tecnológico que permitan la implementación de la ciencia verde, y lo acerquemos a la sustentabilidad. Con este proceso se extraen polímeros biodegradables a partir de fibras de gramíneas, es considerada un problema de maleza para las actividades agropecuarias de la región y otras áreas del país. Para dar cumplimiento a lo anterior, él biopolímero se obtuvo del zacate carretero y johnson, así como los esquilmos de la caña de azúcar, a los que se le adicionó lactina extraída de lactosuero un subproducto de la industria láctea. Los procesos de obtención del biopolímero se realizaron por separado, por medio de fragmentaciones, hidrolisis ácida, calor y presión, para la obtención de un polímero semejante al sintético, pero 100% de materia prima natural.
