Modelo Matemático Para El Balanceo De Un Mecanismo De Trilla De Maíz

Abstract

El presente trabajo muestra la construcción de un modelo matemático para un mecanismo de trilla de maíz, que consiste en un eje rotatorio con pequeñas aspas en su periferia. Para corregir el desbalance en la máquina existen métodos de balanceo de los cuales la masa que se tiene que agregar o quitar del sistema se hace a prueba y error, con el modelo que se presenta se ubicara la posición y la cantidad de masa exacta para corregir el desbalance del mecanismo. El mecanismo a analizar es el mecanismo de la desgranadora diseñada para la materia de diseño mecánico en el semestre agosto-diciembre 2013 por lo cual está a nuestro alcance. Se plantea una metodología para la investigación la cual consiste en lograr la obtención satisfactoria de este modelo, así como el análisis de vibración de la máquina.
