Relaciones de poder y políticas sectoriales en las legislaturas

Abstract

Numerosas investigaciones enfatizan la problemática de la falta avances en el abordaje de las legislaturas. Los estudios se centran en explicar la interacción entre individuos, grupos e instituciones en general, dejando de lado numerosas vetas de análisis. Es así, que esta investigación da cuenta de una medición de la productividad legislativa en la elaboración de políticas sectoriales y las relaciones de poder que se establecen entre ésta y el ejecutivo. Los resultados muestran una discrepancia entre lo que establece la teoría respecto a los contextos de gobiernos divididos y las relaciones de poder entre el ejecutivo y el legislativo.
