La Desigualdad Del Ingreso Regional: Propuesta De Un Modelo Causal

Abstract

La teoría económica proporciona elementos para analizar tanto las causas que regulan el reparto del producto de la economía, como los factores que contribuyen a crearlo. La contabilidad de una economía puede medirse o cuantificarse desde diferentes ángulos por ejemplo, con base en el ingreso nacional al costo de los factores o en el ingreso personal.1 El primer enfoque abarca los componentes del Producto Interno Bruto (PIB) que son: consumo ( C ), más la inversión interior privada bruta (I), las erogaciones del gobierno (G) y las exportaciones netas (X); el enfoque de los ingresos considera los componentes de los ingresos o costos como fuentes del PIB: sueldos, salarios y otros ingresos del trabajo, más intereses, alquileres y demás ingresos derivados de la propiedad, más los impuestos indirectos, más la depreciación, más las utilidades. Ambos enfoques, en su suma, darán al final exactamente el mismo PIB.
