Reforma institucional y distribución territorial de la población (Reformas a los artículos 115 y 27 constitucionales y su efecto en la distribución territorial de la población en México)

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza la repercusión en la distribución territorial de la población, que tienen las reformas institucionales a los artículos de la constitución mexicana que son parte de las iniciativas federales en pro de la descentralización y el federalismo (artículos 115 y 27), donde aparte de cambios estructurales de la economía como lo es la apertura económica del país, son efecto para ver nuevos patrones de los que destaca la mayor concentración poblacional, la disminución en términos absolutos y de forma significativa del número de localidades menores a 99 habitantes, el aumento en el crecimiento demográfico de las llamadas ciudades medias, como la disminución del respectivo de las áreas metropolitanas del país. También expresa las “trampas” que las iniciativas pro federalistas y en razón de la descentralización existen en la búsqueda de desmembrar la organización social del trabajo corporativo en México.
