Restaurando El Orden Mediante Las Intervenciones Armadas: Orden Internacional Y Operaciones Militares Internacionales En Conflictos Intraestatales

Abstract

Este trabajo indaga el rol de las intervenciones armadas en la construcción del orden internacional, analizando el rol militar legitimado entre los Estados en aquellos escenarios de conflicto humanitario. En este sentido, intenta establecer un marco conceptual ligado a la temática y describir su relación con las nociones tradicionales que hacen a los regímenes internacionales, concluyendo que en el orden entre las naciones hace falta una mayor presencia del Estado mismo y no una intromisión cuantitativa de éstos.
