Alternativas En La Integración Sudamericana

Abstract

Este trabajo se propone analizar las diversas alternativas de Sudamérica para su inserción en el mundo. comienza con una descripción histórica de las posibles causas de la dependencia latinoamericana. se cuestiona acerca de la existencia de autonomía nacional frente al modelo exclusivo e invariable del consenso de Washington. Hace un repaso crítico de los diversos procesos de integración que implicaron a Sudamérica (MERCOSUR-comunidad andina-ALCA-comunidad sudamericana de Naciones). Finalmente concluye que una integración equilibrada, armónica, solidaria, que materialice la justicia en la cuestión social y procure el desarrollo sustentable, es la alternativa más acorde con la realidad sudamericana.
