Bienestar psicológico y su influencia en el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de administración

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo relacionar el bienestar psicológico y el rendimiento académico en estudiantes de nuevo ingreso de la licenciatura en Administración de la Unidad Académica Profesional Tejupilco dependiente de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México durante el período 2019B, la población estuvo formada por 51 estudiantes de ambos sexos. Para describir el bienestar psicológico se aplicó la escala de Ryff (1989) adaptada a población española por Díaz et al (2006) la cual midió las dimensiones de autoaceptación, las relaciones positivas con los demás, la autonomía, el dominio del entorno, el propósito en la vida y el crecimiento personal; el rendimiento académico se obtuvo de la trayectoria académica. La información se procesó con el paquete estadístico SPSS, calculando porcentajes del grado de bienestar psicológico y la correlación de Pearson.
