El estrés laboral y sus dimensiones a nivel individual y organizacional

Abstract

El presente artículo, tuvo como finalidad aportar mayor información acerca del estrés laboral, incluyendo el concepto del mismo para que exista un mayor entendimiento por parte del mismo, así como ahondar en las causas y síntomas del estrés laboral dentro de diversos ámbitos de la vida del individuo; cómo este se ve involucrado en el desempeño laboral del sujeto y cómo es que las organizaciones también se ven afectadas por dicha problemática, pero sobretodo en contribuir en la información que existe para poder manejar el mismo y con ello lograr un espacio de reflexión por parte de todos los seres humanos que se ven inmersos en esta enfermedad.
