Gestión universitaria con enfoque de procesos

Abstract

La universidad está compuesta por un conjunto de procesos interrelacionados, que demandan de una gestión integrada, estratégica y orientada a la calidad para satisfacer las demandas de la sociedad, por lo que constituye una necesidad el análisis de la universidad como un sistema, a partir de las características que la diferencian de otro tipo de organizaciones y profundizar en el estudio de las definiciones de gestión universitaria aportadas por diferentes autores teniendo en cuenta las variables presentes en los conceptos. El artículo que se presenta tiene como objetivo analizar las características de la universidad como sistema, a través de las particularidades de sus procesos.
