Apropiación de las PyMEs de prácticas de RSE: Casos agronegocio turístico en Sinaloa

Abstract

Las pequeñas y medianas empresas con su tendencia en los nuevos enfoques insertos en la globalización les exige la apropiación de prácticas en el proceso de Responsabilidad Social empresarial, indispensable para convertirse en negocios con nuevas formas de gestión y por diversas necesidades se ha ido modificando la visión racionalista a una más orientada por la sociedad y el medio ambiente. Por lo tanto, la búsqueda de la competitividad y productividad continúan siendo para las PyMEs y particularmente un reto para las de menor tamaño. Las PyMEs se están enfrentando a la necesidad de atender dos factores fundamentales: producir con eficiencia en función de las necesidades del mercado al mismo tiempo que deben preocuparse por ser más sustentables en lo social, económico.
