Abstract

En el �mbito laboral, los empleadores utilizan el promedio como un filtro para otorgar el primer empleo al egresado, debido a que las buenas calificaciones, implican que el candidato es inteligente, serio y motivado, adem�s de que incorpora buenos h�bitos en el desempe�o de sus actividades. Aun cuando se conoce que el promedio final en cualquier licenciatura no necesariamente es un indicador determinante para el �xito en el desarrollo profesional del egresado de ingenier�a.
