Abstract

Las nuevas exigencias en un entorno competitivo y post-pandémico demandan la intervención de estrategias de liderazgo que prioricen la cercanía, la flexibilidad, la escucha y la empatía entre el líder y los(as) colaboradores(as) (Chávez e Ibarra, 2015). Ello puede dar lugar a la gestión del cambio eficaz y, al mismo tiempo, promover el sentido de pertenencia, aprendizaje, trabajo colaborativo, satisfacción y adaptación a la nueva transformación de manera óptima.
