Red de colaboración entre académicos que imparten materias en inglés en la FIM

Abstract

La Facultad de Ingeniería (FIM) de la Universidad Autónoma de Baja California (UABC) brinda la oportunidad a los estudiantes de prepararse profesionalmente en el área de las ciencias de la ingeniería. Pretende cumplir con la meta de formar estudiantes que puedan insertarse en la vida laboral de la Industria en Baja California, para lo cual requiere contar con los elementos educativos de calidad que se necesitan para impulsar la internacionalización de sus programas educativos. Es por ello, que se considera necesario crear una red de colaboración, entre el grupo de académicos de la Facultad de Ingeniería en Mexicali (FIM), que imparten sus unidades de aprendizaje en idioma inglés y la materia de inglés técnico, para que les permita, compartir estrategias didácticas y recursos tecnológicos y, que les ayude a los futuros ingenieros, a relacionar los contenidos aprendidos en sus áreas de especialización utilizando el dominio de una segunda lengua, como lo es el idioma inglés, lo cual nos permite registrar los factores que integran esta propuesta.
