Abstract

La presente investigación está encaminada al diseño de un conjunto de acciones para la formación investigativa en los estudiantes de la carrera de la especialidad de Educación Eléctrica, como una vía para fortalecer el proceso pedagógico en la Educación Superior. En la misma se abordan fundamentos teóricos y metodológicos sobre las tendencias actuales en relación con la formación investigativa, que sobre esta temática asume la investigadora. Durante el proceso investigativo se pudo constatar que los estudiantes de la carrera de Educación en la especialidad de Eléctrica presentan insuficiencias relacionadas con la profesión elegida, lo que trae consigo deficiencias en el proceso pedagógico profesional, con énfasis en el rendimiento del componente académico y laboral, la retención y la disciplina escolar, aspectos estos que se recogen en el banco de problemas del departamento de Eléctrica. Como vía de solución a la problemática se presenta la propuesta de un conjunto de acciones dirigidas a consolidar y reafirmar los conocimientos sobre la profesión en los estudiantes que han optado y se realiza una valoración de los resultados obtenidos en la exploración del Municipio de Holguín.
