Riesgo Financiero En El Comercio De Vehã Culos Nuevos En Colombia: Caso Bucaramanga

Abstract

Los modelos de riesgo financiero son herramientas que pronostican insolvencia y probabilidades de quiebra empresarial. Esta investigación refleja la vulnerabilidad del sector comercial de automotores, se usó una metodología mixta, aplicando el modelo Z2 de Edward Altman en 5 de 27 sociedades registradas en Bucaramanga (Colombia), analizando los estados financieros entre los años 2017-2019. Los resultados indican que, solo 5 sociedades registran estados financieros públicamente, de estas 2 tienen buena salud financiera en cuanto solvencia, 2 están en zona gris con riesgo de insolvencia y 1 está enferma con posibilidad de quiebra. Se concluye que, las empresas estudiadas han superado altibajos relacionados con la generación de efectivo en el corte plazo y la capacidad cubrir sus deudas a largo plazo, así mismo se demostró que la microempresa es más fuerte en términos financieros que la mediana y gran empresa.
