Incubadoras De Negocios Como Generadoras De Emprendimientos En El Contexto Cubano

Abstract

En este artículo se realiza un análisis del proceso de incubación de empresas como herramienta organizacional para potenciar el emprendimiento, en el ámbito cubano. Mediante técnicas bibliométricas se proponen dimensiones y variables de análisis de las incubadoras de negocios. Se desarrolla un estudio sobre los emprendimientos en el contexto cubano. Se utilizan parámetros estadísticos para determinar la relación entre las incubadoras de empresas y el fomento de los emprendimientos en Cuba. Finalmente se exponen conclusiones sobre los resultados particulares y generales de la investigación, así como su aplicación y utilidad para potenciar los emprendimientos en el ámbito cubano e internacional.
