Abstract

Cuba lleva a cabo un proceso de actualización de su modelo económico y esto conlleva a transformaciones en todos los sectores, por lo que las universidades trabajan en función de estos retos y cambios en su accionar con las empresas, donde los aportes científicos que nazcan en nuestras universidades solucionen los problemas que genera la sociedad empresarial con un amplio concepto científico. La relación universidad empresa ha sufrido una evolución histórica en nuestro país, esta ha estado sujeta a los cambios en la política gubernamental, estrategias de los gobiernos en los territorios de forma que pueda influir de forma integradora en los trabajadores y directivos del sector del MINAL en Holguín. Este reporte permite evidenciar los aportes que las universidades pueden generar en el sector real.
