La Gestiã“N De La Calidad En Los Proyectos: Una Mirada Desde El Enfoque Normalizado

Abstract

En este trabajo se realiza un estudio al cuerpo normalizativo que regula la gestión de la calidad en los proyectos, según los estándares de la Organización Internacional de Normalización, conocida por sus siglas en inglés como ISO, con vistas a ofrecer una interpretación que facilite a los directores de proyectos, comprender ¿qué hacer? y ¿cómo hacer? para llevar a cabo el proceso de implementación de la norma ISO 10006, en armonía con los estándares o prácticas de la gestión de proyectos que coexisten dentro de las organizaciones dedicadas a esta disciplina. Para ello el estudio se basa en un conjunto de preguntas, con sus respuestas, aclaraciones y acciones necesarias, que aseguren el diseño del sistema de gestión de la calidad del proyecto, con un enfoque de interdependencia.
