Tecnoestrã‰S En Docentes Y Alumnos Universitarios: Mediciã“N En Tiempos De Covid-19

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar el nivel de estrés tecnológico (tecnoestrés) que presentan tanto alumnos como docentes de una Universidad Pública de México, bajo el contexto de la contingencia sanitaria a causa del coronavirus COVID-19, que en México ha forzado medidas de prevención como el trabajo y la educación en modalidad virtual o también llamada a distancia. La pregunta que guía el estudio es ¿Cuál es el grado de tecnoestrés que presentan alumnos y docentes durante la contingencia del COVID-19? El estado del arte arrojó al menos 5 instrumentos con validez y confiabilidad aptos para la recolección de datos. Bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, la metodología utilizada se basó en el instrumento del tecnoestrés de Salanova, Llorens y Nogareda; el instrumento fue tropicalizado a las necesidades de los sujetos de estudio, se realizó el análisis estadístico arrojando como resultado un alto nivel de estrés en docentes y en grado menor de alumnos. Una de las conclusiones del estudio es que el tecnoestrés es un factor de riesgo psicosocial que puede impactar en la competitividad organizacional.
