Abstract

En las actuales cirscunstancias la sociedad cubana demanda una ciencia universitaria que implique mayor vinculación de la investigación académica con los impactos de la ciencia y la tecnología en la sociedad. Donde las universidades como centro de investigación, creación de conocimientos e innovación social respondan al modelo de sociedad que se construye. De ahí que sea neceario el estudio de las potencialidades de la innovación como parte de la gestión universitaria del conocimiento, como un proceso social, complejo, interactivo, sistémico, con interacciones entre los actores involucrados y los flujos de conocimiento que estos generen ,en aras de conectar el conocimiento a las necesidades del desarrollo económico, social y político. En este sentido se propone un procedimiento que permita conectar de forma articulada y sistémica la red de actores sociales que interactuan entre sí (Universidad, gobierno, sector productivo). Como actores principales de un proceso de innovación generador de tecnologías. Construyendo redes y flujos de conocimientos para el desarrollo local.
