El Control En La Gestiã“N De Recursos Humanos

Abstract

En la actualidad, una adecuada Gestión de los Recursos Humanos constituye el camino hacia el éxito de las organizaciones. Este capital transita por un proceso de proyección, selección, capacitación, promoción y evaluación, siendo la última una herramienta importante para control del sistema empresarial, materializado en el cumplimiento de las competencias laborales. El siguiente trabajo está basado en un estudio de la situación existente en la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos en la Empresa Cárnica Holguín, siendo esta una herramienta de control de las organizaciones en Cuba, sustentada en la Resolución 60 del Control Interno de la Contraloría General de la República, máxima expresión del marco regulatorio en el país y del grupo de las NC ISO 9000:2015. Además, permite, teniendo en cuenta el ciclo directivo (Planificar, Hacer, Verificar y Actuar) y con un enfoque de sistema, realizar un diagnóstico de los procesos subordinados a la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos en función de lograr la mejora continua.
