Modelación de la programación (scheduling) de la producción con tiempos de transporte, ajuste y configuración de máquinas en talleres de mecanizado convencional

Abstract

El desarrollo de los sistemas productivos, unido a las crecientes exigencias del mercado trae aparejado la necesidad de cambios en la industria. La incorporación de las tecnologías de la computación ha devenido en el perfeccionamiento de los procesos de manufactura desde la fase de diseño de los productos hasta el control de los servicios post venta.Hoy día la integración de los sistemas de diseño y manufactura asistidos por computadora constituyen un reto para investigadores y empresas. El desarrollo de tecnologías CAPP (por sus siglas en inglés “Computer-Aided Process Planning†), necesarias para su integración, trae consigo la necesidad de construcción de modelos matemáticos de optimización que permitan secuenciar de forma eficiente actividades o trabajos de diversos sectores de la producción entre los que se puede citar los talleres de mecanizado con máquinas herramienta convencionales.
