Abstract

21 de noviembre de 2008: el periódico gratuito adn publica que un enfrentamiento privado entre dos personas ha sido llevado al ámbito público, primero, y al judicial, después y, de nuevo, otra vez al público. Curiosamente, el vencedor en el juzgado no ha sido el mismo que ha ganado en el ring de lo público, ya que este último, acusado y condenado, tiene un acceso privilegiado a la opinión pública que le permite pasar de agresor a víctima, digan lo que digan.
