Abstract

Esta obra, cuyo tema central es el absentismo en las aulas en el aprendizaje de Ciencias Jurídicas en el Espacio Europeo de Enseñanza Superior, es, como su título indica, de calidad e innovadora. En un contexto protagonizado por la construcción del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior en el que el papel del docente cambia y se asume un nuevo rol de “guía acompañante” para contribuir y alcanzar el objetivo de que el alumno camine en un proceso de aprendizaje significativo se presenta esta obra, en la que se reflexiona sobre cuestiones de capital importancia que se presentan en nuestra realidad docente cotidiana y muestran la incoherencia del Sistema del Educación Superior en su ser y deber ser
