Abstract

Desde 1999 a 2010 se han llevado a cabo en Italia toda una serie de reformas universitarias. Nuestra pretensión es la de fijarnos en las que se han producido en el ámbito de las Facultades de Jurisprudencia. Ha habido diversas titulaciones nuevas que se han creado y reciben los nombres de Licenciatura trienal en Ciencias Jurídicas, Licenciatura de especialidad en Jurisprudencia, Licenciatura magistral en Jurisprudencia. Existen también otras titulaciones de perfiles jurídicos. Igualmente en este artículo se examinan diferentes rankings de calidad de las Universidades italianas, en los que han aparecido en los lugares de cabeza, según unos u otros, las Universidades de Bolonia, Milán, Trento y Roma La Sapienza.
