Impacto Económico y Social de los Vehículos de Carga “Perreras†en Venezuela con énfasis en Vargas

Abstract

En este artículo se pretende analizar el impacto económico y social de los vehículos de carga “Perreras†como medio de transporte público implementadas en Venezuela con énfasis en el estado Vargas, por la Alcaldía de Vargas según lo establecido por la vía decreto 13-18, dichos vehículos fueron habilitados, de manera transitoria y excepcional, dada la recesión económica en el país y del transporte con una vigencia de 90 días prorrogables, como unidades que reúnen las condiciones para prestar el servicio de transporte colectivo. Dentro de la metodología utilizada se realizó una investigación de campo con información obtenida de entrevistas estructuradas a los usuarios de este tipo de vehículos, fuentes digitales en la Web, así como entes relacionados con la temática.
