Estrés Laboral y síntomas psicosomáticos en el personal administrativo del Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Públicas Zona 4 Distrito Portoviejo

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar los niveles de estrés que padecen los trabajadores del à rea Administrativa del Ministerio de Transporte y Obras Publicas (MTOP) en la ciudad de Portoviejo. Además de correlacionar variables, tales como: edad, sexo, número de hijos y la coexistencia de ansiedad y depresión. Se evaluó a un total de 70 trabajadores administrativos. Los resultados mostraron la presencia de estrés laboral en una considerable mayoría de los trabajadores. A través de un estudio correlacional se detecta que un mayor número de hijos, un estado civil casado, además de la presencia de ansiedad y depresión, son variables que predisponen a los trabajadores administrativos a padecer Estrés Laboral.
