Abstract

A questão da integração terrestre por meio de rodovias é um tema de grande discussão na Geografia, por envolver, sobretudo as relações de poder que emanam através do território. Nesse contexto esta proposta originou-se na inquietação de estudar a mesorregião acreana do Juruá que se localiza no extremo oeste brasileiro e a sua integração por via terrestre no incio de década de 2010 com o principal centro econômico e político do Estado do Acre, a capital Rio Branco e como ela tem sido fator de impulsionamento das tranformações antrópicas.
