Validación del modelo de experiencia turística memorable

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo validar el modelo de la experiencia turística memorable desarrollada por Kim (2009). Con este propósito se evalúan las dimensiones de la experiencia turística memorable de turistas internacionales que viajan al destino turístico de la Ciudad de Oaxaca en México. Para efecto de este estudio se utilizó el análisis factorial por el método de extracción de componentes principales y el análisis de consistencia interna determinado mediante el coeficiente de Alfa de Cronbach con apoyo del paquete estadístico SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences). Los resultados obtenidos de los análisis correspondientes confirmaron la validez y confiabilidad del modelo de experiencia turística memorable conformado por las dimensiones de hedonismo, novedad, cultura local, refrescante, significado, participación y conocimiento.
