Plano de negocios para a criacao de uma empresa de consultoria

Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objetivo elaborar um plano de negócios voltado para uma empresa de consultoria. A elaboração deste projeto possibilita adereçar as principais forças e fraquezas da companhia a partir do conhecimento do principal público alvo, dos principais concorrentes (empresas que já estão consolidadas no ramo), canais de relacionamento com o cliente, proposta de criação de valor, principais custos incorridos, fontes de geração de receitas etc. Para isso, inicialmente é apresentada uma revisão de literatura, no intuito de apresentar os principais pontos necessários para o modelo de negócios. Os resultados deste estudo apontam uma representação sucinta das principais empresas em atividade do ramo e um Canvas business model.
