Abstract

En base a la normativa legal de la educación en Ecuador, se han elaborado guías metodológicas para la construcción del Código de Convivencia Institucional, considerando que la convivencia escolar constituye el componente esencial para la formación holística y pragmática de los educandos. El objetivo de esta investigación consistió en analizar el Código de convivencia y su incidencia en la disciplina de los estudiantes de décimo nivel de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Naciones Unidas de la ciudad de Portoviejo. La construcción del Código promueve en los actores educativos hábitos que aseguren su bienestar integral optimizando la capacidad de convivir y relacionarse armónicamente con los demás.
