Control político guberidntal de internet en Venezuela

Abstract

Nos proponemos abordar la política pública que tiene el Estado sobre Internet, quien en un principio consideró el uso de Internet como eje directriz para el desarrollo de la nación. Con el devenir de los años nos encontramos con profundas fallas en la infraestructura de telecomunicaciones, deficiencias de conectividad, además del uso de restricciones en los accesos a Internet y las redes sociales digitales. La metodología de estudio se basa en una revisión crítica de las prácticas de control político de Internet en Venezuela entre 2007 y 2015. Se concluye que los ciudadanos deben adquirir competencias para sortear los bloqueos, censura y matrices de opinión que provienen del gobierno y que además participen activamente dentro de la esfera sociopolítica.
