Sistematización de la experiencia: implementación de la estrategia de desarrollo municipal de Florencia (2012-2016)

Abstract

El presente artículo se confecciona a partir de la sistematización de la experiencia de Implementar la Estrategia de Desarrollo Municipal en el municipio de Florencia, provincia de Ciego de à vila, el objetivo es contribuir al fortalecimiento de las capacidades de los actores locales en la implementación de la EDM con énfasis en la participación popular, para colectar la información se utilizaron las técnicas de análisis de documentos y entrevista a profundidad. Los principales resultados redundan en la descripción de hitos en la implantación de la Estrategia. El proceso de revivir la experiencia permitió la elaboración de lecciones aprendidas y recomendaciones que constituyen insumos para el logro del desarrollo que se requiere en Florencia.
