El liderazgo pedagógico y su contribución en la gestión educativa

Abstract

Los sistemas educativos en Latinoamérica guardan ciertas similitudes que permiten que sus acciones sean desarrolladas con bastantes aspectos característicos, los cuales permiten abordar su análisis desde una mirada holística de la realidad que se vive al interior de los centros educativos, en vista de esto el presente documento pretende identificar las cualidades y en general destrezas que hacen diferente la labor del líder en el sector educativo, dejando claridad que la labor del líder si bien es comúnmente identificada desde la capacidad de un sujeto para influir en un equipo de personas, en el contexto de la educación se presenta como un desafío, en el cual adicional a esto, se deben aunar esfuerzos para que se alcance un acompañamiento al docente y en general a la comunidad educativas, contribuyendo así en el cumplimiento de las metas desde la perspectiva pedagógica y administrativa.
