Análisis de la falta de entendimiento del paciente en HIP-CI “hoja de información al paciente-consentimiento informadoâ€

Abstract

El consentimiento informado es la aprobación que realiza un sujeto en plenas facultades tanto físicas como psíquicas, otorgando así la aprobación para que un especialista médico realice una determinada intervención quirúrgica o exploración invasiva. Se ha realizado un cuestionario desarrollado a partir de dos escalas validadas como lo son el Inventario de ansiedad Estado-Rasgo (STAI) y la Escala de Habilidades Sociales (A. Goldstein), ya que se trabaja con la posibilidad de que esta falta de entendimiento esté ligada a aspectos psicológicos y/o rasgos de la personalidad del paciente. Hay una falta de entendimiento y/o no lectura existente por parte del paciente frente al CI, y este está enfocado sobretodo en los rasgos psicológicos de la persona y en gran medida también en una mala relación profesional sanitario-paciente.
