Diagnóstico prenatal. Dilemas bioéticos

Abstract

El desarrollo del diagnóstico prenatal ha modificado radicalmente el manejo de los embarazos y de los resultados perinatales. Entre sus propósitos está la detección de malformaciones congénitas. Para profundizar en la temática se realizó una revisión bibliográfica con el objetivo de reflexionar sobre algunos de los dilemas bioéticos del diagnóstico prenatal en la provincia de Granma. Se indagó acerca de algunos de los dilemas, donde se incluyen: la voluntariedad, accesibilidad, el estado moral del feto y la interrupción del embarazo como tratamiento (aborto eugenésico).
