Laserterapia en la gingivitis crónica edematosa

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo en pacientes afectados con Gingivitis Crónica Edematosa pertenecientes a la Clínica Estomatológica Docente Provincial “3 de Octubre†del municipio Tunas en el período comprendido de 2017 a 2019. La muestra estuvo representada por 30 pacientes que presentaron esta enfermedad, donde se describió los resultados logrados con la aplicación del láser como terapia en esta enfermedad periodontal. En el grupo etario de 12-15 años de edad existió un predominio del sexo masculino.
