Plan de exportación de mermelada de uvilla al mercado de Alemania

Abstract

Alemania es un país conocido por su gran acogida de frutas exóticas, incrementando la compra de frutas procesadas dado a su conservación y facilidad de consumo, esto se da ya que los alemanes mantienen una rutina activa por lo que buscan productos fáciles de usar y que se adapten a su estilo de vida. Este proyecto tiene como propósito desarrollar un plan de exportación de la mermelada de uvilla hacia dicho mercado, fortaleciendo la diversificación de la oferta nacional con productos de valor agregado, siendo el principal beneficiario la ASOCIACIÓN DE PRODUCTORES AGROPECUARIOS PATAà N ASOPRUV ubicada en la comunidad Pataín del cantón Salcedo perteneciente a la provincia de Cotopaxi.
