El proceso de gestión multidimensional de las políticas públicas y sociales

Abstract

Como nunca antes el mundo necesita de una gestión eficiente y humana que supere la depredación y los egoísmos de cualquier signo. Al decir de un destacado deportista de talla mundial: Un jugador puede ganar un juego. Obtener el campeonato solo puede ser posible por el trabajo planificado y cohesionado de todo el equipo. Todo proceso humano que aspire a resultados sostenibles y ascendentes conlleva una meticulosa labor de gestión de los recursos humanos, materiales, financieros, tecnológicos, comunicacionales y emocionales, que de forma integrada y sinergética permita alcanzar los objetivos propuestos con el menor costo social y a la vez el mayor índice de eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad, desterrando la improvisación y el voluntarismo aniquilador.
