Abstract

Este artículo presenta como continuamente la tecnología en conjunto con la ciencia se ha estado desarrollando en cantidades exponenciales y a pasos agigantados. La tecnología cumple el papel más importante dentro del criterio de conformar una sociedad integral. Por lo tanto este documento pretende indagar acerca de los avances que se han realizado dentro de nuestro país y los fundamentos deontológicos que estos avances han utilizado como principios. Mostraremos en el mundo también se realizado el desarrollo de la tecnología con principios deontológicos principalmente en Latinoamérica.
